Hands-on Workshop
Warm your soul with the timeless tradition of tortellini in brodo. In this cozy, technique-driven class, you'll learn to roll, fill, and shape delicate tortellini by hand, then simmer them in a savory homemade broth. Along the way, we’ll delve into the rich history of tortellini and its legendary origins. You’ll enjoy a comforting bowl of tortellini in broth during the session and leave with your own handmade batch to cook at home.
DATE: Wednesday evening, November 12th
TIME: 6:30 - 8:30pm
COST: $70 ($5 off when you sign up with a pal!)
WHO'S INVITED: Anyone age 12+ (If you want to accompany a child younger than 12, let us know! If you're there to supervise, that works for us!)
TEACHER: Dylan Shearer grew up outside of Boston, and some of his fondest childhood memories are visiting the historic Italian neighborhoods of the north end. Now living in Alpine, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife Brianna and two kids, the mountains, and gathering with family over some handmade pasta.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the prep work required for in-person events, we do not offer refunds once a workshop has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can send us an email with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
