Q: I’m interested in teaching a class at The Workshop. How does that work?
A: We love working with talented instructors! There are two ways you can teach in our space:
-
Teach Under Our Workshop Lineup (Curated): If you’d like to join our seasonal calendar as an official Workshop instructor, we curate our schedule in advance, handle ticketing/marketing support, and collaborate with you on the event. Fill out our Teacher Questionnaire here OR drop us an email at info@alpineworkshop.co so we can connect!
-
Host Your Own Independent Class (Venue Rental): Prefer to run your own class on your own schedule and handle your own ticketing? You can simply rent our building for your desired date and time! Check out our Venue Rentals & Pricing to get started.
Q: How do I check availability or book the space for a private event?
A: It’s super easy! Here is how to get started:
-
Check Pricing & Details: Head over to our Venue Rentals & Pricing page to see hourly rates, capacity, and included amenities.
-
Submit an Inquiry: Email us at info@alpineworkshop.co with your desired date, estimated guest count, and type of event.
-
Lock In Your Date: We’ll confirm building availability and send over instructions to secure your spot on our calendar.
Q: What is included with a venue rental?
A: We provide the space, you bring the vision! Rentals typically include:
-
Full access to our main event area, tables, and seating.
-
Use of our kitchen area and restroom.
-
Setup and teardown time within your reserved rental block. (For a full list of what's included in your rental, head over here.)
Q: Can I bring outside food, drinks, or caterers to my private event?
A: Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food, hire your favorite caterer, or have food delivered for your party, shower, or dinner. (We just ask that you leave the space clean & take out any large trash items at the end of your rental).
Q: I registered for an in-house Workshop class, but I can no longer make it. Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
A: Because our instructors prepare custom materials for each participant in advance:
-
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.
-
Gifting Your Spot: You are always welcome to pass or sell your ticket to a friend if you can’t make it! Just send us a quick email at info@alpineworkshop.co so we know who to expect at the door.
Q: I bought tickets for a class hosted by an independent/guest teacher. Who do I contact with questions about my registration?
A: If you signed up for a class hosted independently by a guest instructor using our space, please reach out directly to your host! Because they handle their own ticketing and class structure, they will have the most accurate details regarding your registration, supply lists, and refunds.
Q: Where should my guests park when attending an event at The Workshop?
A: We have on-site parking with about 30 parking spots on our property. We have a few spots in the front lot, and when you enter the property on the west side, you can access the back lot. Once our lots are full, additional free street parking is available along 200 North. (We kindly ask guests to be mindful of neighboring driveways and property lines.)
Q: Is The Workshop accessible for guests with mobility needs?
A: Yes! Our entire building is on the ground level with flat entry, making it easy for guests using strollers, wheelchairs, or walkers to enter and enjoy the space comfortable.
