Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills, you will learn the basics of sourdough from a seasoned baker who started her journey during the great pandemic of 2020. Dive into the world of flours including bread flour, whole wheat, kamut, and rye, while discovering the difference between white and red varieties.

You will also get creative with delicious mix ins like jalapeño cheddar, rosemary garlic, and onion jam, plus explore rich ryes ranging from American styles to European pumpernickel. Don't miss out on this delicious opportunity!
