Hands-on Workshop
Embrace the flavors of the season with this hands-on class focused on making tortelloni—the larger cousin of tortellini. You'll learn to shape and fill fresh pasta with a rich blend of pumpkin, cheese, and brown butter, all while exploring the history and regional significance of tortelloni in Italian cuisine. After crafting your own batch to take home, enjoy a demo of how to finish them in a fragrant butter and sage sauce, topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and Parmigiano Reggiano. It's a cozy, satisfying taste of autumn you won't want to miss.

COST: $80 ($5 off when you sign up with a pal!)
WHO'S INVITED: Anyone age 12+ (If you want to accompany a child younger than 12, let us know! If you're there to supervise, that works for us!)
TEACHER: Dylan Shearer grew up outside of Boston, and some of his fondest childhood memories are visiting the historic Italian neighborhoods of the north end. Now living in Alpine, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife Brianna and two kids, the mountains, and gathering with family over some handmade pasta.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the prep work required for in-person events, we do not offer refunds once a workshop has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can send us an email with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
