Hands-on Workshop

Come paint your own 24” barn quilt! While traditional barn quilts are found on barns & outbuildings, sometimes 8 feet in size, you’ll create one perfect for your porch, mantle, craft room or any cozy spot outdoors or inside. Made with materials that can resist Utah weather, you can display this all year outdoors or make it part of your seasonal decor.

You’ll learn taping and painting techniques unique to barn quilts and go home with finished work of art. All materials are included in the price. Bring an apron or paint shirt too! A week before class, look for an email with the pattern options you can choose to make.

TEACHER: Allison Jensen is a mom of six young children who found barn quilts as a way to work art into her motherhood throughout her day. Allison has been teaching barn quilt classes around Utah since 2021 and is excited to help them be scattered around the state, uniting us in this small, beautiful way. WHO'S INVITED: Anyone age 12+ (If you want to accompany a child younger than 12, let us know! If you're there to supervise, that works for us!)

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the prep work required for in-person events, we do not offer refunds once a workshop has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can send us an email with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
