Linocut / Hand Carved Stamp Workshop with Anna Kendall & Aubrey Lewis

Hands-on Workshop

In this class we will be learning the process of stamp carving (or lino printing) on a beginning level. This skill can be applied to create art pieces, cards, gift tags, wrapping paper, and more! We will first discuss the process & possibilities of stamp carving, then move into the demonstration portion where each attendee will be invited to follow along & begin carving.

All materials will be provided in class. Each attendee will be able to take home their linocut tool, as well as the remainder of the carving pad to begin making their own creations.

WHO IS INVITED: This class is for anyone ages 10+ (If you want to accompany a child younger than 10, let us know! If you're there to supervise, that works for us!)

TEACHER: Anna Kendall (instagram: @kindredfloraldesign) is the owner and lead designer of Kindred Floral, located in Lehi, Utah. Anna loves all things creative & artistic, and takes her inspiration from the natural world, aiming to make romantic and whimsical designs full of movement.

Aubrey Lewis is a freelance graphic designer who is happiest working with analog materials. Aubrey has a deep conviction that creating by hand is a balm for the soul; that no matter the skill level, there is an artist in each of us waiting to be found.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the prep work required for in-person events, we are not offering refunds or credits to another workshop once a workshop has been purchased. Please make certain you are able to attend before purchasing your tickets.
