Join us for a delicious demonstration where Meriel from MmmDessert will unlock the secrets to making light, flaky, bakery-style croissants from scratch! In this demo, she will walk step-by-step through the entire process—from mixing the dough to laminating with butter, shaping, proofing, and baking. You’ll learn essential techniques like creating a brioche dough, utilizing sourdough starter, proper butter block incorporation, and mastering lamination for perfect layers.

We’ll also cover tips for time management, proofing at home, common mistakes to avoid, and how to achieve that golden, crispy crust with a soft, airy interior. Whether you’re new to laminated dough or looking to refine your skills, this class will give you the confidence and knowledge to make authentic French croissants in your own kitchen.
