Homemade Artisan Ice Cream with Rebecca Woolston

Rebecca Woolston has been ice cream obsessed forever (truly, I know because I’m her older sister) and loves to make her own!

She likes to experiment with lots of crazy flavors like lavender honey, coconut milk peach, carrot cake with pecan brittle and cream cheese frosting, gooey brownie, chocolate Oreo, popcorn corn flavored ice cream with caramel ribbons, scratch made vanilla bean, dairy free sorbet, toasted white chocolate and strawberry, freckled chocolate, peach cobbler, cinnamon and snickerdoodle, and buttermilk blueberry, and protein ice creams.

Join us as we take a deep scoop into homemade artisan ice-cream!

Rebecca will be sharing resources and recipes, tips and tricks for mix-ins and freezing, doing a demo of making a small batch of ice cream, and discussing the pros and cons of different options for home ice cream makers, including the Ninja Creami. And of course, there will be a variety of ice creams for participants to sample at the workshop!

WHO'S INVITED: This class is for ages 10+

(if you want to accompany a child younger than 10, let us know! If you're there to supervise, that works for us!)

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the prep work required for in-person events, we are not offering refunds or credits to another workshop once a workshop has been purchased. Please make certain you are able to attend before purchasing your tickets.
