About the event
Holiday Wreath Workshop with Melissa Wood
Hands-on Workshop
This listing is for the FRIDAY EVENING SESSION. (Psst… we’re also hosting a Thursday morning class for the daytime crowd—snag tickets [here] before they’re gone!) Last year's classes sold out fast, so if you’re thinking about it, jump in quick!
Get into the holiday spirit and create your very own fresh evergreen wreath! Melissa Wood, owner of The Workshop, will guide you step-by-step while you choose from a gorgeous mix of winter greens. We’ll provide everything you need (clippers, aprons, and plenty of supplies) to craft a wreath as unique as you are.
No experience needed! Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned DIYer, everyone’s wreath turns out special (and a little bit magical). These beauties will dry and last all season long.
Oh, and did we mention snacks? Because it’s not just about wreaths, it’s about making memories, laughing, and leaving with something you’ll be proud to hang on your door.
Trust us: this is one holiday tradition you’ll definitely want to be part of!
DATE: Friday, December 5th
TIME: 6:30 - 8:30pm
COST: $85
WHO IS INVITED: This class is for ages 12+ (If you want to accompany a child younger than 12, let us know! If you're there to supervise, that works for us!)
TEACHER: Melissa Wood is the owner of The Workshop and a freelance artist (Instagram: @melimba & @meliswoodhouse). She earned her BFA in Painting and Drawing from BYU and has a lifelong love of all things arts & crafts, which inspired her to create The Workshop. As a professional artist, Melissa has collaborated with clients including Panera Bread, Magnolia, Chatbooks, Riley Blake Fabrics, and more. While she enjoys commercial art, her true passion lies in crafting, gardening, baking, floral arranging, and creating alongside her four children - who often join as helpers in the workshops she teaches.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the prep work required for in-person events, we are not offering refunds or credits to another workshop once a workshop has been purchased. Please make certain you are able to attend before purchasing your tickets.
However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us that you'd like to transfer the ticket along with the new participant's name. (info@alpineworkshop.co)
