Join quilter extraordinaire, Gail Berry, for a welcoming beginner’s class where you’ll learn the basics, spark your creativity, and start a quilt that’s uniquely yours. Whether you dream of cozying up under your own creation or passing a handmade treasure down through generations, this is the perfect place to begin your quilting journey.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: You will complete a 12" Ohio Star block in our 2 hour class as you learn all the basics of block making. Learn how to measure, cut, sew, square and will finish the class with the knowledge to make many more quilt blocks. You get to choose pastels or reproduction (dark) fabrics which will be provided by our instructor, Gail.

WHAT TO BRING: If you have a machine we'll ask you to bring it, but if you don't have a machine, we have a few extras you can borrow for the class. Make sure to let us know in your registration! Also, a small supply list will be sent after you register.

WHO’S INVITED: Anyone age 12+  (If you want to accompany a child younger than 12, let us know! If you're there to supervise, that works for us!)

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the prep work required for in-person events, we do not offer refunds once a workshop has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can send us an email with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
