Dearest Friend,

Consider this your formal summons to a departure from the mundane ordinary and join us for an evening of exquisite leisure. We are curating a gathering in the spirit of Emma M. Lion, where the tea shall be hot, the opinions spirited, and the company entirely superior to the general run of mankind.

A full decadent tea of the most agreeable nature awaits, followed by an evening of creative pursuit as we take paintbrush to tableware for the bespoke decoration of our very own dishes. Whether your brushwork yields a masterpiece fit for St. Crispians or a delightfully enthusiastic catastrophe, your presence is the only true requirement for a perfect day.

Come prepared to engage in spirited discussion of our favorite inhabitants of 1883 London; we trust you will bring your sharpest wit to converse with those who love the hum of good company and the occasional departure from proper decorum.

Please provide your response as soon as possible, so that we may arrange the tea service accordingly.

HOSTS: Your hosts, Melissa Wood and Jandee Jones, have been dear friends for over two decades, united by a penchant for all things whimsical and a mutual devotion to the spirited world of Emma M. Lion. Jandee is a lover of all things vintage who brings her penchant for whimsical garden design and artisanal repurposing to this gathering. Melissa, a professional artist and proprietor of The Workshop, balances her creative career with a profound devotion to the domestic arts. Together, they have conspired to bring the charm of 1883 London to life within a most magical garden. TIME: 10:00am - 12:00 pm (Punctuality is encouraged, but brilliant conversation is mandatory.)

ATTIRE: Victorian casual, or at the very least, your most charming garden-party ensemble

COST: $65

WHO'S INVITED: This class is for anyone ages 14+

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the prep work required for in-person events, we are not offering refunds or credits to another workshop once a workshop has been purchased. Please make certain you are able to attend before purchasing your tickets.
