Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, you’ll learn the basics of sourdough from a seasoned baker who started her journey during the great pandemic of 2020. Dive into the world of flours—bread flour, whole wheat, kamut, rye, and learn the difference between white and red flour —and get creative with delicious mix-ins like jalapeño cheddar, rosemary garlic, and onion jam! Plus, explore the rich variety of rye breads, from American rye to European pumpernickel. Don’t miss out on this delicious opportunity!
